Orders can be shipped to our clinic and picked up within one to two business days for no shipping charges!

Alternatively, you are able to select to have your order shipped directly to your address by Purolator (dependant on Purolator shipping policies).  Direct to home shipping will be subject to an additional charge at time of checkout.

For products from Hills Pet Nutrition or MediCal RoyalCanin a full money-back guarantee is offered.  The guarantee only applies to the cost of the food and does not apply to any shipping costs associated with the purchase.  7 day return policy for all accessories & apparel, shipping costs not included in return.
